I-9

If you're in HR, note that the I-9 form that was supposed to be required starting today has been postponed. Implementation is now scheduled for April 3, 2009. Employers who use the new I-9 form prior to 4/3/09 will be subject to monetary penalties.

That's the government for you. (Don't shoot the messenger.)
